Hello,
this is regarding a teaching position at a college.
My employer advertised the job that I took last year at a web-site called
higheredjobs.com (about 13 months ago and I was hired about 6 months ago). That's how I found out about the job. That web-site doesn't have a printed version but it is one of the major resources for seekers of academic positions in the U.S.
They also advertised on local newspapers (printed version).
Was their advertisement enough to make sure that all qualified American citizens who are eligible for that job had the opportunity to see the job posting?
What's the minimum requirement for the advertisement for that kind of job? (which I am thinking is EB3 class A according to the classification of this website) and where do I find a good link that describes it (unambiguously) ?
