Hello,
I initially got L1B in Sep 2009 for three years and was in US in that visa for a total period of 1 year and 7 months in two separate visits. I went back to India before that visa expired. That visa expired in Sep 2012 and I did not renew.
Later I applied and got new L1A in Dec 2016 for three years and came back to US in Jul 2017. I am here since then. My current visa L1A is expiring on Dec 2019 and I plan to apply for renewal. So my total stay in the US will be under L1B-1.5 years and under L1A-2.5 years. What will be maximum period that I can get my L1A renewed for.
