L1 EB1 I485 submission

My L1 EB1 Priority date is May 2018. Since the final action date and filing date are not current, can I submit my I485 application now?

Did you apply for EAD along with i-140 or just i-140 alone ? Can you clarify. My employer has only applied for i140 with a PD of Sept 2018
