Individual Green Card Process

I am working in US for the past 6 years on L1-A VISA.

My current visa expires in Nov 2010.

I would like to know if there is a possibility for applying the green card individually.

My company is not interested in applying Green card for me.

Please advice.

See if you qualify for EB1 - Extraordinary Ability or EB2 - National Interest Waiver. Other option is investor green card.
