This may be posted earlier, I appologize for posting this again.
My qualification is BSC (3 years) India (Regular) and Post Gradute diploma in Marketing management 1 yr (correspondense)
Can my employer file my GC in EB2.I have read it depends upon job requirement , then what should be the contents of advertisement of job.
If I do MBA correspondense from US university will that be equal to Masters in US for Green Card purpose.
I got my I 140 approved in Dec 2008 and labor in Dec 2007 in EB3. Can I port my Priority date to new EB2.
