I would like to know if I can apply for a Green Card after staying on APO AE addresses overseas for 5 years? I was military contractor and I was living on US soil (military bases).
I've heard one case that one of the US military contractors that has been working in Iraq for over 5 years and applied for green card, and got it. If that is the true story then I can apply too. I think every military base considered as US soil. Thus, I was living there for over 5 years and I was thinking to apply for Green card too. What is your suggestion?
