H4 visa holder

Sir/Madam,

I am an h4 visa holder, and now at the US. Later, I will become US registered nurse, foreign nurses are opened, am I need to pass through the visa screening for foreign nurses or my visa can be converted immediately to immigrant status?

Green card process does not work like that. Read /employment-based-greencard/
