Hi,
Couple of issues:
1. Is it going to be a big problem with regards to I-485 petition if an H1 applicant has a part time job and income is reported as 1099 to IRS, but does not used an EAD. What should be done to correct this issue?
2. If an H1 applicant with I-485 pending uses his EAD for a part time job, is he going to loose his H1 staus and all his dependent? If yes, what would be their status.
