-L1a status since Aug2015 and lived/worked in US since then until present (coming up to four years) so three years left on visa.
-Starting Gcard process within next couple months and I just wanted clarification on eligibility. I’ve read that 1yr of prior three years must have been spent employed outside USA..... am I still eligible as I’ve been here for last four years ....
