Eligibility for EB2

I have a bachelors degree(3 years) from India with 10 years of work experiance. Eligibility crieteria for applying for green card under EB2 category says one of the following

1. MS + 1 year of Experiance
2. BS + (5 + 1) years of Experiance

The question i have is if my 3 years degree in India equivalent to BS as per USCIS ? Am I eligibe to apply under EB2 category, please help me with this.

I work as a Manager in a consulting firm which requires a bachelors degree. I have a bachelors degree which is of 3 years.

If your job does not require EB2 qualifications for labor certification, it does not matter what qualifications you have. You can not apply for EB2.

My Job requires EB2, but the question is if i am eligible to apply under EB2 with a 3 years degree.

EB2 for a 3 year degree is almost a huge struggle at the I140 stage. Google for it and learn about the challenges encountered by others.
