Hello everyone. I was just wondering if anyone here as gone through this before. I have an asylum pending but fortunate work as a Business analyst in saas company. Will be filling under eb2 advance degree as a i studied in England and have my masters. The visa for my country is currently current. I do know i cant adjust status in the usa. I have a us Citi daughter can i file a waiver of inadmissible? Anyone with the same situation. Thank you
