Hello everyone,
I was an F1 student and now I am waiting for an interview date for my EB2 case. I don’t know what to expect!
Few important info:
1- My F1 status was with a language school and is not related to my job.
2- This school didn’t allow us to work or to have ssn.
3- During studying in this school I got an advanced degree from an online program related to my work and this is why I was able to file for EB2 case.
Anyone with similar stories? Do you think I have any problem? What’s your experiences with the interview if you were F1 before filing?
