Hi All,
Just a quick one. I am in the final stages of EB3 visa.
Back in 2014 I applied for Canadian Immigration. In those days, they were having old system. You compile all your documents & send them. Unfortunately, they were not satisfied with my application & they said, the documents I provided were not credible. Although to the best of my knowledge i submitted all accurate documents.
Recently, i heard that I should not proceed due to this rejection. I did not do anything illegal or was not even barred or banned to reapply for Canadian immigration, Its just that rules got changed & then I was not reaching the required points.
I am waiting for my I-140 approval. Should I disregard such tidbits ?
