me and my husband is going through the eb3 process. I am the main applicant he is dependent. Our i140 is approved and ead is in hand. Also i485 is pending for interview. I need to move to another state from East. Coast to west coast to start a new job. As my husband is dependent he needs to move too because we have interviews and stuff. He received ead, i140 approval and i485 receipt in hand. Do we need to have the f1 status going on anymore. Can he quit school and continue work with his ead? He is in phd 3rd year.
if he quit will it be against us in interview?
