EAD through green card process?

I had my EAD card after i finished my Bachelor degree.It will expire on 03/2019. Now, i am applying for the green card through marriage. Should i request new EAD card or renew the old EAD card through green card process?

Thank you! My EAD card will expire on March 2019. The new EAD card process is about 90 days. and i am having a job offer with 3 months contract. Is there anyway i can get the EAD faster?

I guess you mean March 2020 and is based on your OPT? You can't renew this card to AOS EAD.
