Wife of future Green Card holder

Hi everyone. My ex employer of my j1 train offer me the chance to go back there on EB3 as skilled worked. The company attorney is helping me get some information but I would like to double check with you. Everything is around my girlfriend/future wife as I understand we need to marry before I enter the US the first time sinceI got my petition approved and she can join me, right?
She is gonna be a e34 Visa and can work with an EAD, everything matching?
How long does this EAD last and how many times can she apply?
Is this e34 a green card and after 5 years she can apply to citizenship? or is just a temporary Visa while she can apply/get a real green card?

Both you and your future wife are outside the US, right? You will get an immigrant visa, and you become a permanent resident when you enter the US with it. As long as you marry before that, your wife qualifies as your derivative beneficiary, and can get an immigrant visa too. When she enters the US with an immigrant visa, she becomes a permanent resident (green card holder). She does not get an EAD.
