Applying for EB1C immediately after L1A

Is it safe to apply EB1C immediately after receiving L1A? Or how long should someone wait before applying for EB1C in order to have hassle-free processing? I understand that legally both EB1C and L1A are separate but doing both at the same time, will it cause any rejection unnecessarily?
I received L1A and I am eligible for EB1C as well on legal grounds (discussed with an attorney).

There is no time frame for which you should wait. It all depends on strength of your case and if all good, your case should get approved.
