I am working for a multinational company since 2006 right after I finished my degree and my company filed for my labor certification in 2009 but it didnot work out since they found other candidates who were US citizens. So I was advised to apply for a brand new position in the same company or change the company. I have found a job at a new geographical location within the same company and the manager is willing to start my labor petition again. My question is with this new labor petition can I include my work experience within this company or I have apply as if I was fresh out of school and no experience.
