I was already on H1b visa for 3 years.Now I am under F1 visa doing Phd.

I have only 3 more years for H1B visa and need to get Green card within this 3 years on employment basis. I will be finishing PhD soon.I can enter both Industry and Academia side. For Green card (EBII)to be done quickly, which line of option is good?Please let me know.Thanks.

1)if you are qualified you may be eligible for EB1 category.(PhD with extraordinary ability). there is a lot of info on this site about it.
if not EB1
2) if you are able to obtain LC and I-140 (approved) you will be eligible for 7th or more years extension.

3) if you had stayed more than one year (altogether) you will be eligible for 7th year extension.
