Using old Priority Date after "cool off"period through a different employer.

I-140 Approved (EB1)
Current Visa: L1A (Jan 2015 - Jan 2022; 7 years limit reaching in less than 2 years)

Question: If i leave USA and come back through a different employer on L1A after the "cool off" period, can I use the same priority date to process my green card on EB1C?

Yes, the priority date is yours, but your new employer will have to file for a new I140 & get it approved.
