Got Immigration Visa Number in india. now in USA

I Got, EB-3, Immigration Visa Number from NVC 3 years ago when I was in India. I was waiting fo consular processing. Now I am in USA in F-2. Can I go for AOS?. How?

Yes.

If the priority date is current, send a letter to the NVC to send the file back to USCIS and then file I-485.
