What next once your Final Action Date becomes current

Just got an update today (Aug 21) that "New Card being Produced" after the PD became current in August. EB1C - Dec 29, 2017 was the PD.

I just want to update that I received the status update, New Card Is Being Produced

My PD is Feb 2019, EB3 the rest of the world. My date became current in August 2020.

My Medical Report was more than 2 years old so had to resubmit it - now waiting for a response. Has anyone been in this situation? How much time they take to relook at medical and complete the approval?

5) My spouse and kid got struck in India and their L2 visa got expired on 08/23

Consulates in India are accepting dropbox application for L2 visa renewals now.

1) Can i file I-485 while my family is not currently in USA

Certainly, you can file for your own I485 & once your family enters USA, you can file for theirs 485.

2) What are the options I have to bring back my family while my i-485 is in progress

Call them as soon as you can & submit their 485.

3) What will happen if my L1A extension got denied and i-485 is in progress

Once you file your 485, then your status will be 485 pending, you can continue to stay in USA but cannot work in absence of valid L1A petition or EAD (from your 485).

Yes.. i got my card about a week back. There was a week gap between "Card ordered" to "Card was mailed" and then i got the cards in about 3 - 4 days time.
