Dear All,
Hope all is doing well. I know this form is pretty new but wanted to see whether anyone have any experiences. I know no one can know for sure but any experience is helpful. I am submitting I-140 concurrently with my I-485 as such I am informed by the attorney to fill the I-944 form for me and my wife who is currently on H-4 visa (i am on h1). We also have a son but he is a USC so does not need to file this form. Below are some confusion points for me:
1) On the income part I list me my wife and my son. We file jointly (my wife cannot work so she has an ITIN) so we have one tax transcript which is the same for all of us. On the total income field, do I put the same number for everyone or any income contributed my wife and son which are basically 0$?
2) There is another question asking about an approved I-140 and since I am doing concurrently I do not have an approved I-140. So I click no to that then I need to fill education history etc. My highest degree is a Ph.D. from USA but the rest are out of the USA, do I need to have all degrees not sure high school counts a degree to be evaluated? I am very time-pressed with this application so want to file asap and on top for high school I have no transcripts whatsoever only a diploma which is currently held hostage at my undergrad institution. If I do not submit credential evaluation will this result in an RFE or denial? Any experiences from people in similar situation that have already submitted.
3) My wife has never worked as she never allowed to work, do I leave her employment section empty or write N/A or something. Also for her application do I include my employment verification letter or the tax transcripts suffice?
4) I have employer sponsored health insurance and there is no where any info about its termination but I have documentation that it is current as of today
