EB3 Priority Date vs Received Date vs Notice Date

On my I-797C for I485 shows three different dates. Which one is my date to check if I am current on the visa bulletin? Thank you for your help.

Priority Date: 8/9/2018
Received Date: 5/13/2019
Notice Date: 7/8/2019
