Need help with EB2 to EB3 downgrade- Please advise!
Hi everyone,
I need some advice from you all on my current situation.
PD: 31-May-2012 (EB2)
With the recent October 2020 bulletin, the Date of Filing for EB3 is showing as May-2015. So my employer is asking if i want to downgrade from EB2 to EB3 to take advantage of this situation?
Personally i don't want to undergo the anxiety of another application with USCIS and wait to see how the dates move in the next 2-3 months. I have waited for 8+ years now so can wait for few more months hoping that the Date of Filing moves for EB2 as well.
Please advise me on how should i approach this situation.
