H4 or I-485 pending Child to College - F Visa or what else?

My PD is 6-Feb-2012 (India). Child is 15.5 years

My child is currently on H4. but I am now downgrading to EB3 and filing I-485. how would this impact my child's chances for college?


would she need F visa?

You can file I485 for your child as well along with yours. That way she won't need any F visa & continue to stay with you.
