Apply I-485 from Canada vs India
Hi, my USA visa maxed out recently and I am outside the States now but has an approved I-140 (priority date Sept 2018). As per the Oct. Visa Bulletin I am eligible to file the GC in EB1-C through Counselor processing. I am about to move to Canada on a work visa in next 1-3 months.
Shall we apply for GC from India right away or wait till I move to Canada? I mean things could change in next 1-3 months and I might not be eligible to file in coming bulletins!
Would processing times be faster if applied from Canada?
Any other pros and cons of filing from Canada and not India?
