I am approved for L1A, Eb1 in my company and attorneys are reviewing it currently. We are gathering all documents. My spouse got hee birth certificate through a court decree. It does not include middle name of my spouse and her parents. Also, the certificate shows as registered last year. Due to covid restrictions, it is getting impossible to get it corrected now, as she is born in a small town. What are our options? Will secondary proof (Ration card, voter id, ssc marks card suffice)
