Long term travel, AOS Pending
Please help if you can. Below is my situation.
GC category EB3
Priority Date Sept 2012
I485 AOS filled - Oct 2020 (Got EAD card & AP)
Non-Immigrant status: L1B ext approved till July 2022.
Now due to some personal reason, I maybe required to out for 2 years. Hence question:
Will my AOS be considered abandoned?
Can I reapply with same approved I140?
Can my current AOS move/transfer as CP?
Please help if I have some options.
