Hello,
I have an approved I-140 from my previous employer who I left last year.
After I left, they never backfilled that position. Now that position is open again and I want to go back to the previous employer in the same position.
In this case, do they need to file for the PERM and I-140 again? I know that the 140 wasn’t revoked since I worked there for over 6 months after the approval.
Also, my DF date is now current. So can I immediately file the 485 once I join back there?
