My EB3 downgrade 140 is pending with company A. Once 180 days are up, I want to switch to a new employer B.
After switching while the I140 is pending ,2 things can happen
1. I140 goes to RFE. If so which company act on the RFE ? company A or B ? (provided I filed I485J supplement) and there will be any information needed from complany A at this time ?
2. I140 gets approved. If so who receives the approval notice ? company A or B ? (provided I filed I485J supplement)
And generally is it advisable to swith employers when I140 is pending (and 180 days passed from filing date) ?
