Hi guys, this would be my first post so apologies if this question has already been asked before...
I recently acquired a TPS status. I have been working for my company for the last 5 years and I am positive that they can sponsor me with a Green card. The thing is, I want to know a bit more about this matter before making this important request to them.
Can anyone please educate me a little bit on what kind of Visa category could I be eligible? I am working in their Customer Support department, no professional tittle of education needed for this position, but I have 5 years of training/working with them and to do my job (bilingual spanish / english), an advanced knowledge in German motor products technology is a must.
