GC PERM related question
My employer had started the GC process 3 yrs back. Last month I moved to a different company. My previous employer came to know today that they received a certified 9089.
Can I use that in my new company to my gc appln through my new company? Is it still valid?
I am not very familiar with the process, any guidance is highly appreciated.
