Hi I need information on a situation I am going through... I have been sponsored for GC from a restaurant... My labor certificate is approved and I have applied for I-140 and I-485 few weeks back. My owner has changed the organization from Inc to LLC and the TAXID has changed... Do I have to file for Labor again? Do I have to refile for I-140 and I-485? Anyone with knowledge or experience of this situation please let me know... thanks a lot for taking time to go through this... Please respond.
