Hi,
I have a question on when is the latest that a Green Card application be filed when on L1 B visa. Here is my situation. I am currently on L1B and my petition expires in 6 months in March 2011. My question is can i apply for Green Card now or are there any requirements in terms on lead time for the same.
I think for H1B green card application should be filed atleast 1 year in advance. Do we have such restrictions for L1B category as well??
