EB2 and EB1 at same time

Hi Experts,

I'm in a precarious situation. My Visa is ending in Mar 2022 and my company initiated my EB2 visa 3 months back and I'm in the process of signing my 9089 form for Perm .
But, This month my immigration team approved my EB1 based on my eligibility. So, I will be submitting the documents for EB1 soon.

Since I only have a few months left in my Visa, I was planning to continue the process for both EB2 and EB1 applications.
Is this possible? And Will it cause any issues in future.

Hi,
Yes. That is possible.. If you are eligible for both the category, you can do that.. Please note, it is Employment based sponsorship.. So, If Sponsoring Employer is willing to offer Employment under these categories, it is ok to proceed.
It will not impact in any way.
