My husband filed his I-485 in October 2020. I did not file with him at that time. I filed in July 2021. The attorney has requested USCIS to process our I-485 together but when my husband checked his status, it shows his file has already reached in New York. Is it still possible that My I-485 will get approved with his? If not, how soon will I get my EAD?

If USCIS accept your request on adjudicating both the petitions together then you can expect along with him. Otherwise, each petition will have their own processing time.

Answer: Not sure.. But, you will need to wait for some time as you just filed your petition.
If not, how soon will I get my EAD?
Answer: Normally, case processing time is depend on service centers. But, approximately I-765 petition will take 3 to 8 months.
