Reg H1 Transfer when GC process is on

Hi,

I have approved EB2 140 with my current employer.I want to transfer my H1 to new employer.
Can i continue my GC process with my current employer if he agrees to keep GC process?

I dont believe that is possible. I have seen people do it only up to the stage of Labor certification and not beyond. (in a similar situation) It wouldnt hurt consulting an attorney, you may have other options.
