EB1C percentage of rejection

Any one aware of the typical percentage of rejections in EB1C. Also, what is the likelihood of I-485 rejection after I-140 is approved (assuming no criminal history and unlawful involvement)

485 rejection is rare especially for EB1C. The 140 is the big one and I've heard it's about a 50/50 especially if you're applying as executive - very highly scrutinized.

If you have good documentation and no criminal records then you dont want to worry.. Please make sure to meet all the basic requirements and eligibility.. With that you can achieve it.
I could see few reason for denials on the petitions.. Please make sure, you cover all of those.
1. Incorrect information
2. Wrong fees payment
3. Criminal History
4. Status violation
5. not meeting the basic requirements
6. Employer ability to pay the wages
7. Position is not qualifying to seek the benefits
8. Previous work history in foreign branch
9. Medical history
