Applying for Citizenship, what are the privaleges?

I have a gentleman that I am interested in hiring to work for my landscaping company. This gentleman is of Mexican decent and has a ITIN. He is not a US Citizen but has taken the required steps to apply for citizenship. Please advise to the rights and privileges available as employer for me and employee for this candidate.

Sorry for sounding rude or curt, but you have to a little more understanding of how the U.S. immigration system. Your question does not make much sense.

The person does not become U.S. citizen right away but he has to go through a lenghthy process of U.S. green card first and then he has to wait for 5 years (some cases, 3 years) before applying for U.S. citizen. And while he is a green card holder, he has a right to work in the U.S.
