My H1b expired a couple months ago and I'm applying for EB2 NIW. Want to make sure everything is filled out correctly. First off, I can apply for this even though it's expired right? It asks for my current immigration status if different from arrival. Should I put H1b there? or should I not put H1b since it's expired? If so, what should I fill out there?
