    EB2 to EB3 downgrade , AOS filing under EB2

    Hi,

    In Oct 2021, I filed for EB2 to EB3 downgrade. Then EB3 dates were retrograded before my PD.

    Now I see that EB2 Final action date is covering my PD.

    Can I file I-485 , AOS on earlier filed EB2 ?
