The priority date is 2018 in EB3 as Business Systems Analyst
My 6 yrs of H1 validity is getting over by October 2022
I have received a new offer from Employer B with a different job title of Technical Program Manager
My Questions:
When Employer B does a H1 transfer how long will be the H1 validity
What will happen if the Perm and I140 filed by Employer2 gets denied
