I-485 can't be done as I moved Job location, need guidance.
PERM filed & I-140 approved in 2014 at IL with Employer-X.
I moved to Austin in 2015, working for same Employer-X
Priority date is current now.
Attorney says, a new PERM needs to be applied to get I-485 done.
My worry is priority datet retrogression might happen by the time new PERM & the process is done.
What are my options to continue using current Labor certification tied to IL.
Do I need to move my job location to IL to get I-485 done?
Please advise.
