I have worked as a manager for 1.5 years for company A in India and I got H1B from Company B with non manager role. I have resigned to Company A and moved to company B in US. After moving to Company B, with in 2 months, I got offer from company A as manager in US. I have below questions on EB1C
1. I met the criteria of manager, i.e. I have worked as manager in India more than 1 year and I am manager in US now for same company. Am I eligible for EB1 C?
2. Here I have not transferred from India to US from the same company. I have moved out of the company for few months and joined again in US. Still I will have eligibility for EB1 C?
