  • GC processing from a very small consultancy -- Issues

I am working with a very small consultancy and they have only 3 to 4 direct consultants (H1B visas). Soon, my consultancy is planning to start GC processing for me.

1.) Will the consultancy with 3-4 members, be eligible to apply for GC processing to one of its consultants?

2.)Since my consultancy is very small and will there be any additional risk in getting approval for labor, I-140 or 485 when compared to big/well established consultancies?

3.)Will there be any difference between big & small consultancy when it comes to Green Card processing.

Attorneys, please advice. Its very urgent. Please respond to this.

    Thanks in advance,
    kalyanhr.

I think getting assistance from a business consultant may help you in the long run to deal with the complicated business circumstances better. A new business requires facing a tough competition for various other well established companies and for that you need to be well prepared for the circumstances which may arise in the future.
