Hello,
I will be moving to the US in October on an L1A visa. I currently manage a team of Senior Account Executives (11 individuals) and "define" as a frontline manager.
I noticed on the EB1C criteria (as I wish to convert from L1A to EB1C when I land), that "frontline supervisors" are not eligible. How likely is it that my position would be eligible? My team are all senior & experienced sales professionals and I have full responsibility of hiring and firing individuals etc as well as helping with overall strategy.
A bit worried as being able to transition to EB1C was a top priority.
Thanks
