My spouse was on H1 visa. Our two children and I were on H4 EAD status.
My spouse's AOS/Green card was approved on 13 Jun 2022 and the green card was physically received on 16 Jun 2022.
However, the status of our children and myself are still appearing as pending and there is no development since. Our applications were sent together in the same envelope.
Questions:
1. How long it takes for dependants to receive the green card after the primary applicant has received it?
2. One of our sons is turning 21 years in August 2022. Can there be an issue related to this?
