I am applying for GC under L1A with 8 months left.
While submitting the forms attorney told applicants who are 14 years and old has to sign on their own.
I have a 16years old son who is mentally incompetent who cannot sign on his own. I need to get a legal guardianship to sign on behalf of my son.
Applying for legal guardianship takes 4-8months in NJ.
What are the options I have? Appreciate any advice.
