Hi I-140 EB1-C is denied due to a mistake made by accountant and not enough day to day task of beneficiary.
1.is there any format for I-290B Statement of Erroneous Conclusion of Law & Facts?
2. It will be helpful if someone can share a format of day to day task of CEO EB1-C multinational executive.

As there is no option for I-140 - should we use "Decision made by USCIS on any other kind of application" and send it to this address?
4. Tentative time line for decision on i-140 appeal? can we request on family grounds to expedite the process?
5. Can I travel to India while I-290B appeal is being processed? if yes, for how long can I visit?
6. How to bring kids 18+ years after I-140 approval? and how long will it take to bring kids?
